We are seeking volunteers to help make our Honoring Their Service events meaningful and memorable for our veterans. From assisting with event setup to spending time with those who served, your support makes a lasting impact.

HONORING THEIR SERVICE 2026
June 26-27
A day dedicated to certain veterans to enjoy the amenities of Lake Keowee. We are assisted by the Upstate Warrior Solutions and the Roger C Peace Veterans Hospital to identify veterans currently under their care to attend this event. Approximately 25 veterans are invited each year. This year’s event includes an overnight stay at a host family home and a day of rest and relaxation.
THE VETERANS BREAKFAST

Every Veterans Day, we host a breakfast at the Keowee Key Clubhouse for the resident veterans of Keowee Key. We recognize, celebrate, and thank our veterans for their service.
CHRISTMAS AT THE VETERANS HOSPITAL
TBD, 2026
CHRISTMAS at the Veterans Hospital in Anderson. We identify approximately 40 veterans currently residing at the hospital, but not known to have family or friends which visit them. We buy Christmas gifts for these veterans, mainly items that they need personally, like clothing, and deliver them directly to the veterans.
